Swift & Shine was built from the ground up with hard work, determination, and the belief that every detail matters. My name is Malachi Chavez, and I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs—my grandfather built Salazar Roofing into one of Oklahoma’s most recognized roofing companies, and from a young age, I was learning the value of grit and dedication.
I started working at 15, hauling shingles and putting in sweat before most people my age even thought about work. By the time I graduated top of my class while serving as president of DECA, I already knew that I wanted to build something lasting, something that gave back to Oklahoma—the state that raised me.
Swift & Shine is more than a service company. It’s a reflection of my commitment to professionalism, integrity, and creating results that customers can be proud of.
